The location of Malad Inn, just opposite Malad Railway Station, was incredibly convenient. Being close to shopping centers and garment wholesalers was a bonus. The staff was very cooperative and the hotel was overall neat and clean. The breakfast served was also quite delicious.
They did not provide complimentary drinking water, so we had to buy our own.

During my New Year stay in this hotel, I loved the modern and cozy ambiance of the room which made me feel very comfortable. the staff was extremely courteous and helpful, always available to assist me with anything I needed. the hotel's location was key for me as it had major connectivity to the local market and city vicinity.
the cleanliness of the room was not maintained to my standard, as I found a lot of dust around the room.

The hotel offered a great breakfast and the staff was very kind and helpful during Christmas time. the location was excellent, as it was near the train station and surrounded by good shops and restaurants. the room was cozy and well-maintained.
The room was a bit small, and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. , some of the furniture was outdated and not so comfortable.

We had a great time during our stay at this hotel. Best aspects included the staff who were very warm and helpful, the fantastic vegetarian meals served at the hotel restaurant and the convenient location of the hotel near a bustling market and railway station. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the train station and nestled in the heart of a bustling market. the staff went above and beyond in ensuring that our stay was memorable, providing excellent service and a delicious breakfast. the room was clean and tidy, with all of the necessary amenities.
The structure of the building could use some renovation work to bring it up to date.
